This specialty Arabica coffee is grown in the highlands of the Sumatra region and is processed using the wet-hulled method, which removes the parchment from the bean while still wet, resulting in a distinct earthy flavour.

Cupping notes

The cup has notes of sweet berry, citrus,, ruby grapefruit, with a full body and a long, smooth finish. This unique and complex coffee is sure to delight those who appreciate the rich character of Indonesian coffee.

Remember to always dial in your recipe according to taste.
Coffee constantly changes, especially as it matures and as it is degassing.
Don’t fixate on the numbers. Just experiment, adjust one variable at a time, and find out what works for you.
