This specialty Arabica coffee is grown in the famous Yirgacheffe region, known for producing some of the world’s most distinctive and complex coffees. The beans are processed using the natural method, where the coffee cherries are sun-dried with the fruit still intact, resulting in a rich and fruity flavour profile with a medium body and bright acidity.
Cupping notes
The cup has notes of honey, dark chocolate, honey, raspberry, with a subtle sweetness and a clean finish. This exceptional coffee is sure to impress even the most discerning coffee enthusiasts with its unique and nuanced flavour profile.
