Ethiopian Natural Guji, Muda Tatesa – Grade 1
Exceptional care has been made when cultivating these Arabica beans in the “coffee gardens” of Ethiopia. They are hand sorted, with any unripe cherries removed. When they are processed, they are raked hourly and sheltered from the intense heat from midday sun. This kind of attention to detail is what separates regular coffee and specialty coffee. When cupped, these beans consistently score in the high 80s.
